About Renee Snider, MBA

I grew up in northeast Nebraska where my dad owned and operated a heavy equipment dirt construction company, and my mom was the high school business teacher. After moving to Lincoln to attend Nebraska Wesleyan, I worked on campus and then at Kohl’s before joining Walgreens in 1998 as a service manager. I accepted several promotions, culminating in 2015 with the district manager role. In 2023 my career moved in a new direction as the Innovation Director for John Henry's Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical where I had the privilege to lead the call center, marketing, IT, and HR departments. As a member of the executive leadership team, I continued my lifelong learning journey and broadened my skills and expertise in exciting ways supporting the expansion from one local location to three regional locations while working through the challenges that come with mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale revenue growth.

I earned a B.S. in organizational communication with an HR emphasis in 2010 and Master of Business Administration in leadership in 2020, both from Nebraska Wesleyan University. With my passion to help small businesses combined with my educational background and over 25 years of experience in customer service, management, operations, human resources, marketing, change management and strategic planning I am exceptionally equipped to support your small business.

My business logo incorporates a tree and root structure to symbolize the foundational support I provide to small businesses, much like a root system nourishes and sustains a tree. I work behind the scenes to help businesses grow and thrive. Bookkeeping services offered include data entry, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, payroll processing, financial reporting, expense tracking, cash flow management, and/or inventory management. I am deeply committed to helping small businesses increase profitability. In the early stages of a business, financial constraints often require owners to wear many hats. As the business grows, I can provide specialized support in areas where owners may lack the time or expertise, allowing them to focus on what they do best and drive further growth. In addition to bookkeeping, I provide consultation services in these areas:
